We’re looking for extraordinarily talented individuals interested in a software sales career. We are seeking candidates who crave a challenge and are not afraid to work outside their comfort zone. The main role of the Sales Development Representative includes strategically targeting then converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
This is a part-time position. You will receive an hourly pay and a commission based on the number of appointments you set up. You must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Our Sales Development Reps are our future Sales Executives. This is a chance to work with an early stage company where you can really make a difference quickly.
Essential Job Functions
- Make outbound calls to prospects to identify high quality opportunities.
- Research target companies online in order to pre-qualify as sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services.
- Manage a high volume of leads in close.io (our CRM) to accurately and efficiently build pipeline.
- Excel at qualifying each opportunity properly to ensure the right level of follow up.
- Schedule deep dive discovery calls for the executive sales team.
- Continuously develop sales and technology skills.
Required Skills and Attributes
- 1-3 years of outbound calling experience.
- Experience working in a consultative sales role a plus.
- Desire to move into a role closing new business.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Proven track record of accomplishments and over-achievement of goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Preferably Fresno, CA (will consider remote candidates).
